Shipping & Handling Policies

We utilize the United States Postal Service (USPS), Fedex and UPS to ship our products to you. Our web site is integrated with all the carriers to determine the actual shipping costs. Next-day, 2-day, priority and ground services are all offered so you can choose the price and speed that fits your needs. All orders are usually fulfilled and placed with the carrier for shipment within 48 hours, Monday through Friday from the Denver Colorado area. We reserve the right to substitute carriers or service levels to facilitate a more expedient delivery. We are unable to ship to APO, FPO, DPO and EPO addresses.

A Note Concerning Shipping by the US Postal Service: The US Postal Service (USPS) recently changed the names of the service levels they offer. Some of these names include the number of transit days (i.e. Priority Mail 2-Day™). The number of days indicated is the estimated number of days in USPS' system. USPS does not guarantee those transit times. If you need a time-definite delivery, UPS Next Day Air or UPS Second Day Air must be chosen. Additionally, these transit times do not include the time needed to package and fulfill your order. Mile High Net Stores LLC does not guarantee any transit times other than UPS Next Day Air and Second Day Air. We are not able to guarantee transit times for international orders. 

Shortages or Damage During Transit: We double check every order for accuracy and use extreme care in packaging your order. In the unlikely event that your order gets damaged during shipment or is missing an item, notice must be given to us within 72 hours of delivery. You can contact our customer service representatives at 877-810-4174 for further instructions. You must retain any damaged items and packaging.

Free Shipping Promotions
At times, we offer free ground shipping to qualified orders within the United States. If free shipping is selected, regardless of the carrier and method selected at checkout, Mile High Net Stores LLC reserves the right to utilize any carrier and shipping method in order to most efficiently deliver your order. If your order qualifies for free shipping, you may choose shipping options other than ground delivery to expedite your order. These options are provided at an additional cost shown at checkout.

Refused and Returned Deliveries
Any package that is refused or returned to sender will have all return shipping charges, customs fees and duties deducted before any refund will be provided.

**International Customers**
Mile High Net Stores LLC ships our products internationally through both Fedex and the United States Postal Service. We strive to ensure our shipments meet custom regulations in the destination country. However, due to the sheer volume of possible municipalities and frequent law changes, we are unable to guarantee that your order will meet your local customs requirements. Additionally, Mile High Net Stores has no control over the amount of time a package is detained by customs and we are not responsible for any additional taxes, fees or charges that might be levied by your local authorities.
