Return and Exchange Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with our products for any reason, you may return the item(s) for a refund to your original method of payment with the following conditions:

  •  Shipping charges are not refundable. Return shipping charges are your responsibility.
  •  Product(s) must be returned unused with all original packaging and accessories.
  •  Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the original delivery date.
  •  If you refuse delivery of your order, your original shipping charges will not be refunded. Additionally, return shipping charges will be deducted at cost.
  •  Include a copy of your sales receipt or packing list with your return.

SPECIAL HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY: Our normal return and exchange policy is extended until January 7th for any purchase made between Thanksgiving and Christmas.  All other terms and restrictions apply.

Shipping & Handling Policies
We utilize the United States Postal Service (USPS) and UPS to ship our products to you. We have found their services to be the most reliable and efficient compared to competing delivery companies. Our web site is integrated with both USPS and UPS Online to determine the actual shipping charges. We offer UPS Next Day Air, Second Day Air and Ground shipping. In addition, we ship via United States Postal Service First Class, Priority and Express Mail. All orders are usually fulfilled and placed with the carrier for shipment within 48 hours, Monday through Friday from the Denver Colorado area. We reserve the right to substitute other carriers or service levels to facilitate a more expedient delivery. We are unable to ship to APO, FPO, DPO and EPO addresses.

A Note Concerning Shipping by the US Postal Service: The US Postal Service (USPS) recently changed the names of the service levels they offer. Some of these names include the number of transit days (i.e. Priority Mail 2-Day™). The number of days indicated is the estimated number of days in USPS' system. USPS does not guarantee those transit times. If you need a time-definite delivery, UPS Next Day Air or UPS Second Day Air must be chosen. Additionally, these transit times do not include the time needed to package and fulfill your order. Mile High Net Stores LLC does not guarantee any transit times other than UPS Next Day Air and Second Day Air.

Shortages or Damage During Transit: We double check every order for accuracy and use extreme care in packaging your order. In the unlikely event that your order gets damaged during shipment or is missing an item, notice must be given to us within 72 hours of delivery. You can contact our customer service representatives at 877-810-4174 for further instructions. You must retain any damaged items and packaging.

Free Shipping Promotions
At times, we offer free ground shipping to qualified orders within the United States. If free shipping is selected, regardless of the carrier and method selected at checkout, Mile High Net Stores LLC reserves the right to utilize any carrier and shipping method in order to most efficiently deliver your order. If your order qualifies for free shipping, you may choose shipping options other than ground delivery to expedite your order. These options are provided at an additional cost shown at checkout.

**International Customers**
Mile High Net Stores LLC ships our products internationally through the United States and local postal services. We strive to ensure our shipments meet custom regulations in the destination country. However, due to the sheer volume of possible municipalities and frequent law changes, we are unable to guarantee that your order will meet your local customs requirements. Additionally, Mile High Net Stores has no control over the amount of time a package is detained by customs and we are not responsible for any additional taxes, fees or charges that might be levied by your local authorities.

International First Class Mail (if offered) is provided strictly as a courtesy to international customers wanting the most economical shipping available. International First Class Mail DOES NOT provide tracking information or insurance. As a result, Mile High Net Stores LLC is unable to guarantee delivery or any delivery time frames. If this shipping option is chosen, the customer is assuming all risk for their order during shipment including risk of damage, loss, theft or non-delivery. For orders requiring tracking and our guarantee of delivery, Priority Mail International or Express Mail International must be chosen for delivery addresses outside the United States.
